This was a documentary on Bulgarian TV news. Believe it or not, Eastern Europe’s television treats their audience like adults. It is very much like North American TV was in the 60s and 70s. Actual reporting, as opposed to the sort of angry, biased, Mr. Rogers we have now for news.
