Said a Muslim MAN, whose religion stated that a man cannot, under virtually any circumstance, be considered an adulterer.

Do you know how many sects İslam have? A lot of sects are just made to create disturbance. Do you even know what they do? In Pakistan, I know a lot of cases when a person tried to change the Quran. Your Bible is already changed but we don't want our Quran to be changed.

Secondly, the one who disrespects Quran and prophet are subjected to death after trials. It's truth. Many people claimed to be prophet after prophet Muhammed. We believe that prophet Muhammad I'd the last one. Prophecy is over. The one who claims prophecy is completely out of Islam.

You're saying that let people change Quran, and we should just see them changing. Since everyone have right to do anything so let them change Islamic teachings.

Another point to be considered is that on Quran, ALLAH said, "this (book) will be enlightenment for some and misleading for some." Even Muslims don't understand Quran well. Then who are you Mr?

Oh! I’m seeing a lot of bullshit here. Have you people ever visited any Islamic state? Just give me a single evidence that in Tehran, Riyadh, or anywhere else, someone has been killed for leaving Islam. As Muslims, we know what the West thoughts about Islam. I know that you have Islamophobia, but why don’t you listen to those who accepted Islam after realizing that Islamophobia is just a drama?

Secondly, the muslim scholar sitting here isn’t able to say the truth. Instead of seeing the posts and videos regarding Islamophobia, why don’t you people read the real teachings of Islam? How can I say that you are not hired for spreading islamophobia? Why don’t you visit Muslim country?

I have a personal friend who spent 18 MONTHS in Evin Prison for apostasy in Tehran.

She was grotesquely tortured in ways I cannot describe here, but required a lot of surgery once she escaped to the West.

If it's really true. Then it's totally wrong.

I live in Pakistan, and believe me, I have never ever heard that someone was killed or tortured just because he/she left Islam. I'm amazed to hear from a foreigner saying that people are tortured. for apostasy in my lands.

Christians being jailed, tortured and killed for blasphemy is common in Pakistan.

Even in heavily Islamic parts of India at this point.

But as to your claim, will the Pakistan Tribute do?

But let's say you are right.

Then Pakistan would be guilty of not applying the sharia. Because sharia is extremely clear. From Koran: "He who changes their religion (from Islam) kill him".

But they kill people for blasphemy against Islam all the time which is the same thing. If someone blasphemes Islam or its gods, Mohammad and Allah, it is tantamount to apostasy.

Fake narrative to foment chaos. To distract attention from imperial mafia criminality. Same thing with other “controversial” topics, fluidity of gender etc, don’t be fooled into this “argument”...

Or, have a look at pretty much any Islamic country and see for yourselves what truth or not there is here.

Reality is the ultimate determiner of veracity. Not of the claims of why, but of what is.

Many Islamic countries were secular Egypt, Lebanon, Iran... But Islam is not a matter for me. I am not a Muslim. I am looking into our actions in the west and why do we do get involved in it. I said "fake narrative" and not that it is all lies. Whether "Islamic law" says X or Y about adultery is not my business. This is an internal debate for someone who wants to be Muslim.

That would only be true where Islamic authorities does not impose it on the entire population.

In free or secular countries, how Jews or Christians decide their affairs according to religious laws they adhere to VOLUNTARILY it is no business of the state whatsoever.

If a homosexual actually WANTS to be stoned to death or pushed off a building because he is gay, well I guess that is a matter of debate.

But when they do it to people who are not Muslim, or kill people for leaving Islam, then your argument doesn't hold water,
